This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the "Personal Data" that we collect from and about you in connection with the BookMe web based application, how we use and share it, your rights and choices, and how you can contact us regarding this Policy and our practices with respect to privacy.

This Privacy Policy does not cover any information that we may receive about you through sources other than the use of our Web App. The Web App may link out to other websites or applications, but this Privacy Policy does not and will not apply to any of those linked websites or applications.

1. "Web App" means the Ivystone Records web based application. This Privacy Policy will refer to and be applicable to the Web App listed above.

Unless we specifically obtain your consent, any changes to the Privacy Policy will only impact the information collected on or after the date of the change. It is also your responsibility to periodically check this page for any such modification, revision or amendment.

4. The Personal Data we Receive from You

Depending on how you use our Web App, different types of Personal Data may be collected and different manners of collection may apply as described below:

1. REGISTERED USERS: You, as a user of the Web App, may be asked to register in order to use the Web App or to purchase the Services available for sale. During the process of your registration, we will collect some of the following Personal Data from you through your voluntary disclosure:

PAYMENT INFORMATION: To facilitate payment in relation to services performed by you relation to your use of the Web App, where applicable, financial information necessary to process electronic funds transfers or other forms of payment may be requested from you by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") a third-party service provider associated with this Web App not owned or controlled by Ivystone Records, Inc. Any data transmitted by you to Stripe in relation to your use of the Web App will take place outside Web App. This information is not stored by Ivystone Records, Inc., and will not be shared with third parties or otherwise utilized by the Ivystone Records, Inc. for any reason. 5. PHONE NUMBER: To facilitate your user experience and support the functionality of the Web App, you must opt-in agree to receive text message-based notifications from Twilio, a third-party service provider, related to your use of the Web App. Twilio is not owned or controlled by Ivystone Records, Inc. Any data transmitted by Twilio to you in relation to your use of the Web App will take place outside Web App. This information is not stored by Ivystone Records, Inc., and will not be shared with third parties or otherwise utilized by Ivystone Records, Inc. for any reason. This service is required for use of the Web App. For any questions related to privacy or terms of use in relation to Twilio, please see Twilio’s website for their privacy policy and terms and conditions. Standard text messages rates and fees may apply to notifications received from Twilio. Please consult your cellular telephone service provider for details related to text messaging.
6. RELATED ENTITIES: We may share your Personal Data, including Personal Data with any of our parent companies, subsidiary companies, affiliates or other trusted related entities for legitimate purposes related to the operation of the Web App.
7. USER EXPERIENCE: From time to time we may request information from you to assist us in improving our Web App, and the Services we sell, such as demographic information or your particular preferences.
8. COMBINED OR AGGREGATED INFORMATION: We may combine or aggregate some of your Personal Data in order to better serve you and to better enhance and update our Web App for your and other consumers' use. Combined or aggregated data will not be sold to third parties and will be used solely for legitimate purposes related to the operation of this Web App and the provision of products and services by the Web App to users.

5. Personal Data Received Automatically

COOKIES and Local Storage: This Web App may utilize cookies and local storage to keep a registered user logged in.

LOG DATA: Like all websites and web applications, this Web App also makes use of log files that store automatic information collected during user visits. The different types of log data could be as follows:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address;
• Application Programming Interface (API) endpoint address;
• Type of browser and device parameters used to connect to the Web App;
• Name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP);
• Date and time of visit;
• Web page of origin of the user (referral) and exit.

The aforementioned information is processed in an automated form and collected in an exclusively aggregated manner in order to verify the correct functioning of the Web App, and for security reasons. This information will be processed according to our legitimate interests. This information will not be sold to third parties in individual or aggregated form.

For security purposes (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), the automatically recorded data may also possibly include Personal Data such as IP address, which could be used, in accordance with applicable laws, in order to block attempts at damage to the Web App or damage to other users, or in the case of harmful activities or crime. Ivystone Records, Inc. also does not track your location beyond information provided directly by you in the form of your local zipcode. The Web App does not collect or utilize GPS data for any purpose.

8. Disclosure of Personal Data

Although our policy is to maintain the privacy of your Personal Data as described herein, we may disclose your Personal Data if we believe that it is reasonable or necessary to do so in certain cases, in our sole and exclusive discretion. Such cases may include, but are not limited to:

• To respond to requests, such discovery, criminal, civil, or administrative process, subpoenas, court orders, or writs from law enforcement or other governmental or legal bodies;
